Grace was taken aback, then curled her lips and said, “I don’t really want to ask, you must have wanted to divorce me a long time ago, I can feel it.”

So, she was actually prepared for it a long time ago.

Grace lowered her gaze and looked at the water glass in front of her, “When Grandpa reaches one hundred days, I will come back.”

Otto thought for a moment, “If you need anything in the future, you can find Mason and let him help you.”

Mason is Otto’s assistant and has been with Otto for many years.Otto takes care of work and sometimes life for Mason.

Grace nods and doesn’t refuse, “Okay, then I’ll be shameless in the future.”

Waiting for the dishes to come up, Grace doesn’t be polite with Otto and eats with her head down.

She doesn’t say a word.

Actually, she doesn’t know what to say.

In the short-lived marriage of less than a year before, the two of them didn’t say much.

Apart from turning off the lights and cuddling in bed at night, there seemed to be no other way of communication.

Now that they are divorced, their relationship is much more distant.

She leaned back in her chair, rang the bell for the waiter to come over, and pointed to the things on the table, “Pack it up, pack it up, all of these, pack them all up for me.”

In this star-rated restaurant, the people who come to eat are almost all influential figures.

There are hardly anyone who needs to pack up after finishing their meal.

The waiter was stunned again.

Otto spoke up next to him, “Pack it up.”

The waiter was embarrassed again, “Okay, wait a moment.”

While waiting for the waiter to go out and get the takeaway box, Otto stared at Grace.

Grace was uncomfortable being looked at by him, “What, am I embarrassing you?”

Otto sneered, didn’t answer, but instead asked, “I seem to have forgotten to ask you, why did you agree to marry me back then?”

Grace blinked, “You have money.”

Before Otto could say anything, Grace added, “But later I realized that there are plenty of people who are richer than you.”

Otto raised his eyebrows, “Is that why you agreed to divorce so easily?”

Grace smiled and didn’t say anything.

The waiter came over and helped pack the food, and Grace followed Otto out with the takeaway box.

Otto had something to do and helped Grace hail a cab.

Grace sat in the car and asked through the window, “What about you?”

Otto frowned, “What?”

Grace asked, “Why did you want to marry me?”

Otto looked at Grace, his voice very flat, “You’re pretty.”

Just as Grace was about to laugh, Otto added, “But later I realized that there are plenty of people who are prettier than you.”
